Apex PAT Testing carries out on-site portable appliance testing across Loughborough for offices, shops, landlords, HMOs, hospitality sites and light industrial units, all by one City & Guilds 2377 qualified engineer using calibrated equipment.
Student lets, high-street shops and workshop units all need clear records. Every visit includes a thorough visual inspection, the right electrical tests for each item, pass and fail labels, a detailed appliance register and a digital certificate.
Minor plug and fuse replacements are included where practical, at no extra labour cost, so a wrong fuse is put right on the day rather than left as a fail for someone else to chase.
Every job receives the exact same high standard of testing. Only the reporting and documentation are tailored to your site.
Offices near the town centre, retail on the Market Place, salons, gyms and workshop units on the industrial estates. Testing is timed around opening hours so staff can keep working, and the certificate is the one insurers and auditors expect.
